It's been interesting to unearth those blog posts on a hidden page within my website. I switched to focus solely on creating one large detailed piece at a time instead of photographing the steps of a recipe. I decided to make this change 10 years ago and it has been one of the best choices I’ve ever made. It feels like another lifetime now. I was 22, working as a technician repairing computers for a massive tech company. I could tell I needed a hobby and an escape from the massive stress that the job provided. I started teaching myself how to cook and it quickly absorbed all of my attention.
